1. Corrosion Resistance Testing: After continuous testing in a neutral salt spray environment, the surface coating showed no signs of rust or peeling. The springs effectively resist corrosion in humid and acidic or alkaline environments and are resistant to rust and deformation even after long-term use.
2. Tensile Performance Testing: Under standard operating conditions and after repeated tensile load tests, the springs exhibit stable and uniform tensile force with no significant decay. Tensile force deviation is maintained within industry standards,ensuring consistent and reliable resistance during every extension and compression cycle.
3. Fatigue Life Testing: After undergoing more than 200,000 consecutive repetitive tensile fatigue cycles, the spring showed no signs of fracture or permanent deformation. Its elastic retention rate far exceeds industry requirements, enabling it to withstand high-frequency, high-intensity use over the long term with stability, and offering a significantly longer service life than ordinary springs.
